Ryan Dammeyer

Ryan is a Partner with Open Prairie and advises the firm on debt and equity financing structure. With nearly 20 years of experience enabling business growth across all stages, he provides strategic guidance and innovative capital solutions that support long-term value creation.
In addition to his work with Open Prairie, Ryan serves as Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for Square 1 Bank, a division of PacWest Bank, where he leads all activities for the bank’s Midwest region. Under his leadership, he has generated more than $150 million in transactions and managed funds exceeding $300 million.
Ryan previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Liquidus Marketing, overseeing all financial operations and facilitating business development and operational initiatives. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Silicon Valley Bank, participating in over 100 transactions and managing loan portfolios exceeding $200 million. He also served as Director for NewStream Capital, a specialty finance hedge fund focused on high-yield debt transactions in the growth technology and service sectors.

Ryan holds a Kelley School of Business Foundations Certificate, a Bachelor of Science in Public Financial Management, and a Minor in Economics from Indiana University.
